2nd Attempt!

Tonight we signed another offer on our house. Since Chad is in California, we had to fax papers down to him to finish the process. We should find out tomorrow sometime if everything is good. It was a full price offer and we are excited about that, with a closing date of June 1st.

good news, hope it all goes well for you

we confirmed the sale of our house late last week after having two conditional offers over the previous two weeks

so, it does come through in the end!
